What is Cashback ?

In addition to the coupon discounts for online shopping using coupons and offers listed on our webite, we also give you extra cashback for shopping through our website. Cashback is real cash given to you, it is part of the money we receive from online stores for referring you to shop on their websites. Stores that have additional cashback can be identified by looking for labels besided coupon title like ‘+ Upto 5% Cashback’ or ‘+ Flat Rs. 100 Reward’ etc.

This cashback amount can be transferred to your bank account as hard cash. You may also redeem cashback for gift vouchers from your favorite stores.

 

What is reward?

Some stores like flipkart, amazon and snapdeal does not allow us to offer cashback to our customers so for such stores we offer cashback in the form of rewards which are equivalent to the cashback amount. Rewards can be used to redeem gift vouchers from your favorite online stores. To make this difference easy, cashback type is used as rewards for such stores.

Also, the referral amount you earn by referring your friends is termed as reward. This referral reward amount can be transferred to your bank account or redeemed for gift vouchers from your favorite online stores.

 

How to earn cashback?

Just follow these simple steps to earn extra cashback every time you shop online:

  1. Sign Up or login to listmyoffers & browse your choice of coupons/offers
  2. Click & visit the store via listmyoffers
  3. Complete the checkout as usual. That’s it !
  4. Your cashback will be tracked and updated in your dashboard within 48 hours
  5. Your cashback will be updated as payable within 6-7 weeks from transaction
  6. You can transfer your earned cashback to your bank account or redeem as gift vouchers

 

Are there any special guidelines or instructions?

We hate to attach terms & conditions however to save our users from any disappointment due to failed transaction tracking or cashback rejection. We request our users to take care of the following for smooth cashback tracking and redemption.

  • Always login to your listmyoffers account before browsing coupons/offers
  • Click through to the online shopping store via listmyoffers only
  • Add products in the shopping cart only after visiting the store by clicking any link via listmyoffers
  • Any products added in the cart before clicking through listmyoffers may not be considered as a valid sale by online stores. In fact in some cases the entire sale is not considered as a valid sale
  • After clicking through, place the order in one session without visiting other websites
  • Do not open any other coupon website apart from listmyoffers.com during the purchase
  • Do not use Ad blockers/ browser extensions as they prevent tracking of cashback or sale.

 

What are the different cashback status?

  • Tracked – When you place an order via our website with any stores, within 48 hours your transaction is captured and updated as tracked.
  • Validated – When tracked order is confirmed by store about it’s eligibility for cashback/reward, it’s status is updated as validated.
  • Decline – Cancelled, fraudulent transactions are tagged as decline.
  • Payable – Once the cashback earned on your order is confirmed by store, the amount earned as cashback/reward is available for your redemption/bank transfer. You can raise redemption request to your bank account or gift vouchers.
  • Claimed – Cashback/reward redeemed or bank transferred is updated as claimed.

 

Why does it take so long to confirm cashback/reward?

The cashback process is such that we have to wait for the stores to confirm to us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. So, stores generally wait for the return period to over before the sale is confirmed to us. Some stores also use this time to validate that the sale has met conditions for earning of cashback.

We constantly work with stores to reduce this wait period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 6-7 weeks for the cashback/reward to be available for redemption.

 

Does the cashback/reward in my account expire?

No, the cashback/reward in your account never expires. It’s your money and you can withdraw/redeem it whenever you want.

 

What are the minimum withdrawal limits?

There is virtually no minimum withdrawal limits to withdraw/redeem your cashback amount. However to make it a valid bank transaction it is set to Rs. 1 for Bank transfer and Rs. 10 for gift vouchers.

  • Bank – Rs. 1 (Bank Transfer)
  • Gift Voucher – Rs. 10 (Rewards Redemption)

 

Is there any charge for withdrawing my cashback/reward?

No, there is absolutely no fee or charges applicable on withdrawing your cashback/rewards. You can raise a ‘Bank Transfer’ or ‘e-gift/gift-voucher’ request from PAYOUT section of your dashboard. Please note that rewards can only be redeemed as gift vouchers.

 

My transaction is not tracked at all, what should I do?

It can take up to 48 hours for us to get your transaction tracked. In case your transaction is not tracked even after 72 hours, please login to your account and file a Missing Cashback Claim from ‘MISSING CASHBACK’ section of your dashboard for the transaction which was not Tracked. Please note, stores accept claims for cashback not tracked cases only till 10th day from the purchase date or till 7th day of the subsequent month of transaction date whichever is earlier. So, please raise missing cashback claims after 72 hours in case the transaction is not tracked at all.

 

Are your Rewards or Cashback Missing?

Usually, it takes up to 48 hours for us to track and reflect your transaction in your dashboard. If your transaction is tracked but Cashback amount is not reflected even after 72 hours then please raise a missing cashback claim from ‘MISSING CASHBACK’ section of your dashboard. Please provide all relevant information related to the transaction while raising missing cashback claim.

 

My missing cashback claim has been rejected. What does that mean?

If your cashback claim has been rejected then we’re really sorry, but there is very little we can do.

When cashback claims are rejected, we may not be informed of the reason. Frequently however, the reason is that the merchant has already paid your cashback as commission to another website or there is tracking issue due to adblock, incorrect cookie setup etc. It may seem harsh, but there is virtually no chance of getting back your cashback if it has already been paid to another website or not tracked properly due to various reasons such as adblocks, compliance issue with T&C.

That is why we are very keen on members clicking through to merchants and completing their transaction immediately in one session. Please follow all instructions & guidelines listed above to reduce the chances of missing or loosing cashbacks. However, the right of accepting or rejecting any transaction for cashback is fully reserved by merchant/ad-networks. If your transaction is rejected/cancelled by merchant/ad-networks then there is not much we can do about it. We are afraid but you would have to accept the decision of the merchant/ad-networks.

 

What is Refer and Earn ?

We will pay you for referring listmyoffers.com to your friends and family. You can earn a bonus reward amount of Rs. 25 for each friend that signs up using your referral code and fulfills the requirements related to the referral. There are no caps on the number of friends that you can refer, so you can potentially earn an unlimited amount of reward for referring friends to our website. Not to forget, your friend would also earn Rs. 25 as joining reward.

 

Where can I find my referral code/link ?

You can find your referral code and link in REFER & EARN tab on your dashboard. You can forward the link or share your referral code through Email/Whatsapp/SMS/Social Media. We will track whenever your referral code or link is used for a new registration.

 

When my referral reward would be available for redemption?

When someone sign up with us using your referral code, a reward amount is added to your account. Once your referral complete mobile verification by OTP and email verification and also make at least one valid transaction, the referral reward becomes available for redemption. You can redeem your referral reward as Gift Vouchers or Bank Transfer.
